Pilates
with Andy Cross

What is Pilates?
Joseph Pilates passed away in 1967, not long before his death he predicted that everyone in the world would know about his training method.
Joseph developed a training method that not only helped those injured during the world wars but also worked with dancers and boxers that flocked to him during his time in New York for advice on conditioning exercises and techniques to overcome their injuries.

Then known as Contrology, Pilates is great for:

Assisting in lower back, joint and overcoming injury

Pilates can also be used alongside Thai Yoga Massage to help you overcome postural complications that cause pain. I work with many people with back conditions using Thai Yoga Massage and Pilates to help them improve or overcome postural pain.
